Any parent lives in Whampoa and you found a good learning center to teach phonics?

When did your kids start to learn phonics? Actually my kid's kindergarten has phonics since K1 but I'm afraid is not enough as they only have 1 NET class per week.

Please advise. Thanks a lot.
