在handbook見到7-8/12 1st exam, 然後9號joint school sports day, staff dev day, 10/12 plk ed seminar, 13-15/12繼續exam..

想請教...

1. 咁奇怪, 考試無端端分兩節進行. 往年是這樣的嗎?
2. joint school sports day, staff dev day, 學生是不是等於放假??
3. 什麼是ed seminar? 家長要參與的嗎? 係唔係即是學生又係放假??

- It’s not strange.
The advantage is that pupils can then have 2 more days to study for the subjects to be examined on the last 3 days.

2. joint school sports day, staff dev day, 學生是不是等於放假??

- Staff Development Day is only for the teachers. For PLK Joint School Sports Day, I guess only a few pupils involved will join the competition on that day.
For the majority of the pupils, this is an additional day for their revision.

3. 什麼是ed seminar? 家長要參與的嗎? 係唔係即是學生又係放假??

- I think the PLK Ed Seminar is only for the teaching staff.
It’s an extra revision day for the pupils.

對於我們這些在職家長, 要知道那些日子是學生假期, 或有沒有我們參與的份, 因為要早d mark假請假...
