SC 2011 k1 的 form 派哂, 而我就唔記得咗係13號可以 download 張 form!

厚住面皮都要問 ... 請問你們有冇人有 download form copy 可以給我, 請 PM 我! 千萬個多謝!

u cannot download as u must send the info to the school and the school will give the application form (with no.) to u.

So, no one can help u .

冇得download架，要寄出世紙或親自去學校信箱放低出世紙，再等佢吔寄翻申請表俾你。所以幫唔到你...

why not just try and send them all the information required...
