There's no special reason for listed as waiting, but only one, the birthday of your girl, if birthday on August or after, please be prepared to receive waiting letter!! Unless you have an elder sister studying in SPC.

I'm so disappointed for this selection criteria of the principal, you will be listed as waiting no matter how smart your girl is.

My girl is also on the waiting list, of course she is a small girl. Will u "beg" for theseat? What will u do? Can u share?

Sorry I'm not going to disclose have I beg for the seat or not, I don't want my girl being recognized or labelled as she is still studying here and several months to go.
As in the past, some girls will give up SPC's offer as they accepted other offer, eg. DGPS, SPCC, Marymount, St.Mary, etc, so your girl still has chance. If you really want your girl admitted, just do what you want.

年紀只是其中一個因素。

去年同我女女一起搭校巴的 K3/N4 姐姐中，一個 SPN 細女（九月）順利升小一，另一個 SPK 大女 on waiting list，多次叩門也不成功。

yes, 我女都係細女, 而家讀緊spc小學啦. 所以我覺得係睇小朋友本身既成績/表現多過傳聞中既大女收既機會好大. 因為我信我親身經歷.

thanks 我係代我朋友問有無reject 信的, 因佢都係收到waiting 信. p.s. 我朋友個女係大女黎的, 都一樣暫時入唔到啦.

若你遇到既係成績差過你而又入到既話, 那我諗應該係樣樣都有可能發生. 起碼可以講既係細女唔一定入唔到.

我識既人係大女都係入唔番.

明白你的苦惱，建議你勤力寫叩門信，從現在到明年六月還有時間。

一些直資名校下個月開始 interview，每年 SPK 和 SPN 都有一些學生因種種原因放棄 SPC.

相信地址應該不會影響到升小學。 SPC 有很多學生不是住在港島。
