我住的大廈有一位 SPCC 的小一生，他是中環聖公會幼稚園畢業的。他去年考小學的時候，戰績彪榜。  聽他的媽媽講，他唯一的興趣班是小提琴，沒有很多課外活動。

這個男孩是年頭出生的，個性乖巧，對人有禮，雖然是男孩，但是很淡定。  他的父母也經常笑容滿面，難怪這個孩子的家教這樣好。

他的父親是醫生，母親是 Full Time mami。

就這個例子來看，孩子的學校 +  孩子的家庭背景 + 孩子本身的能力 + 孩子的面試表現都是成功的因素。

原來呢個世界真係有小朋友有晒所有wining factors，淨係淡定呢樣嘢已經係天生(大部份)，真令人envy！

Braemar Hill used to have absolute advantage towards St. Paul's Co-ed. However, heard from current parents that such advantage is not as strong as in the past.

我都頭痕緊，我住九龍，一心只考慮九龍的學校，老公聽朋友講完又想到時試埋SPCC，突然間無咩頭緒，好在有你地教路！

Yes, and the expensive part is not just the tuition.....

Alternatively, SKH would be a great choice but relationship is more important to get accepted.

"小一選校"一兩個禮拜前見有個post搜集了一些知料,可作參考,不過我冇bookmark到,你試下search或慢慢睇返d舊thread揾

估唔到ian都o甘直，考SKH relationship好重要，我d乜冇都唔知好唔好報

但聽人講SKH以前個校長就同SPCC熟, 但係轉左新校長之後就好似冇以前咁多學生入到SPCC啦!

聽聞BH只有6成學生入到SPCC, 不過入得BH都非貴則貴(高官名人後代等等), 又或者靠人事關係入到, 即使入唔到SPCC, 都會入到DGS/DBS或者國際學校等等, 因為佢地D小朋友好多都會有私人補習, 有司機....佢地父母大把$$$$

鍾意就試下報啦, 有D都講彩數.

我朋友個GIRL讀VICTORIA, 攞好多獎, 跟住都入左SPCC. 她父母不是專業人士, 收入不錯, 住的都是大型屋苑. 個小朋友本身都好重要.

SKH KG 最早的時候是 SPCC 的幼稚園，之后脫鉤改名SKH KG。

但此校的校監和 SPCC 的校監同為陳黃麗娟博士，兩校關系密切。

SKH KG 旁邊的 St Paul's Church KG 同為聖公會的幼稚園，兩間幼稚園有時共用 St Paul's Church 舉行活動，但SPC KG 的校監是另一位牧師林壽楓法政牧師。

Hi brrbaby2007,

I thought it is the characteristics of SKH that everyone know tim!

Never give up, what appears to be obvious fact may not be true all the time, as there are always exceptions!

Like I almost didn't even apply for the kindergarten my elder daughter is studying now, since when I looked at the application form I thought only those related would be given preferences as it took up half of the application form asking if there are any linkages to the kindergarten. Fortunately we did apply and our daughter is now enjoying the school life in this caring kindergarten.

父母首要係專業人士，要有學歷，咁就收既機會好大喇。

曾有一同學仔考入了st paul 同dgs, 佢父母都係大學既教授。st paul 校長表明都話收佢小朋友，只要佢地搬過黎香港區，因佢地住火炭。最後佢都係簡左dgs~

parents are not professional,
mami is a full time housewife,
financially just able to afford
ordinary type of extra-curricular activities,
child is polite and cooperative,

不一定，我想校長只不過唔想小朋友上學既路途遙遠姐。

其實媽媽唔洗做既，即爸爸都係搵到下錢既人啦。我都想唔洗做啊！間學校想收d咩學生，基本上只有佢地先最清楚，我地都係靠所見所聞既上黎講下，冇野係絕對既，咩野都有可能發生，不過我就未聽過父母起街市賣菜又或者父母係藍領既佢d仔女起呢d學校讀囉！
