About bringing things back, yes, Jasmine did tell me. On Monday, she suddently said, "Ms Chan said we need something circle". So I asked should it be a ball shape or just something like circle. But she could not answer at all. Anyway, as long as she can let me now a bit of what happened at her class, I am very happy.

It's nice to have a gathering, but sorry that as I am a working mum, I have a project deadline this month, so I may only join you all in October.

29 in a class, yes, a bit more than expected. I heard that some classes in KV has 34 kids in a class.

我仔仔臻臻Bottle都係讀呢班既Red Table, 坐最角位, 同Brian坐(希望無搞錯名)^^
Bottle 有時都會講起學校既野, 佢會話我知一d同學既名, 例如Brian, Brice, Marco, Jasmine, 蛇蛇, 滔滔, 家朗, 心桃. 感覺到佢係學校好開心.

臻臻好厲害呀！記得那麽多同學仔的名字。我問Jasmine的時候，她來來去去都是說得出兩三個名字。
有一日佢問我點解要帶口罩，我話病的小朋友就要帶啦！我問是不是有老師或者同學帶，她又說沒有。後來看到電子通告，才知道學校upper class 有小朋友有H1N1, 所以建議小朋友要帶口罩7天。可惜我看到的時候，應該都過了7天啦！現在阿女成日都係講一些零碎的片段，有時候我都不肯定她要講什麽。不過我問她喜不喜歡這間學校同同學仔，佢話好開心，那就已經很好了。

我都無留意學校出帶口罩既通告呀, 不過開學初期又流感高峰, 我都有將口罩袋係書包, 有時有dd唔妥都叫佢即刻帶番, 但發覺無咩用, 傷風感冒果d好快傳播, 特別坐校車, 見到幾個同車既學生都病病地... 希望呢個過度期快d過!

I would like to enrol and just found that only "Kindergarten Music Activities - Singing in English / Chinese" can be enrolled for age 3.

Just asked the school, and the teacher said we need to "train" our kids for the singing ourselves. The school will just provide the form only :)

I've looked through the website and seems that there is no solo session for 3 yrs old kids, only available for a group of 20-30 children who aged under 6. Is that right? That's means our boys and girls probably cannot join this year....

Actually I get confused too. Since it is a group session, so at first I think the school will arrange certain "group training" for them. I am still not very sure how it runs. Maybe we need to search some more information before submitting the form.

Ms. Chan did call me on Wed because Jasmine was not feeling well and called sick for 4 days. Ms. Chan wanted to know how's Jasmine. Unfortunately I missed the call. She just left me a voicemail.

May you please let me know if there is any news about the school? Since Jasmine did not go to school whole week, so I have no idea what to bring or what I need to prepare for her next week.

I asked Jasmine similar question, she said no birthday cake, but there was a cake with a "pink spider" (I guess it was a Halloween cake?), so she didn't take it. She told me that she ate chicken wings, pear, seaweed, biscuit etc etc.

If most of the kids are born in Jan, Feb and Mar, will there be many cakes on the birthday party that held in Jan?

gloglo: I asked Ms. Chan before, the cakes are also prepared by the parents.

Priscilla adores Heidi so I wouldn't dare tell her abt her leaving. To my surprise Priscilla told me that Heidi is leaving & she is ok abt it & she wished Heidi gd luck...very funny

I talked to Heidi & she is moving to new zealand. I heard that Emma is not new to St Cat & she is quite experienced. We will be going to Syd on Dec 15 so Priscilla will miss the handover & I'm afraid it will be a shock to her when we resume school on Jan 3.

I have called to school and the staff said Ms. Heidi will return my call later. So I will chat with her later. Glad to hear that Ms. Emma is also experienced and not a new teacher to SC. Hope the kids like her too.

呢間學校,可能真係有佢一些辦法, 令小朋友"鍾意"返學. 天寒地凍, 亞囝又會起都身, 我地係頭一個站ar..(6:55am wake up law) But he's naughty compared as before.

we need to buy ORT stage 1 kipper set & 1sst words set for K2...I read these books to my child when she was 1.5 yr old. My friend at victoria K1 is already using stage 2 & they will be ordering stage 3 for K2!Are we behind???

Gloglo, 我有成套書, 上星期開始同臻臻睇stage 1 無字 & First words 果兩個stages, 佢都跟得幾好, 今個星期睇stage 2, 佢讀得哂下面d宇, 我會keep住自己同佢睇落去, 不過都期待學校用佢地既方式再教佢深入d, 希望佢有一日可以用全英文講哂成個故事.
