I don't know why I can't send PM's to anyone using the "私人訊息" button - it always gives me a screen saying I fail to send the PM. I have tried to follow the error message's instructions but it didn't help. What should I do?

What browser are you using? Try to use firefox. It should works.

I am using IE 8 as my main browser. Do you think the PM feature in this web site is compatible with it?

I also use IE8 as my main browser at home and I found that most functions are ok except PM.... Therefore, I use firefox when I need to send PM. Let's try.

IE8 開多兩個web都成日Hang住晒,mircosoft唔知點解都唔去理.

我都轉左firefox,怕左IE.

I think you must be using IE 8. I am using it and I cannot send a new PM unless it is a reply to a PM.

Anyway, I have already sent it to you. Please check your PM.
