I don't think this is the DGJS必入攻略。 No one can gurantee a seat in dgjs even a girl has 15 points according to your post.
You said "don't push your girl if she is far behind the benchmark." Can you further explain what benchmark are you referring to?
Some information in your post has not been updated.
DGJS has limited 4 pages of additional documents since last year but not this year.
The interivew format has been changed since last year. However, we don't know the school will keep on using the new format or not. Do you have the insider news about it?
Original form:
Not necessary. Some successful girls submitted the form downloaded from school website. There is no reason that the school put the form in the website but discriminates those applicants who submitted the self-downloaded form.
Birth Cert:
This is only used to prove the date of birth. You think too much.
Date of birth:
A younger girl may preform as well as a elder girl.
Photo:
A photo from the studio does not relate to the performance of a girl. However, the girl in the photo must look confident and smart.
Family Structure:
The information may be used during the interview. Sometimes, the interviewer may ask questions about the applicant's family.
School Result:
Of course, a girl gets better chance to apply any private school (except those school for boys) if she is the first in the class.
Other points:
I think the school is focus on how the parents support and develop their daughter rather than the occupation, address, and old girl....etc.

You wrote similar things this time last year so I am not sure what your motives are, I just hope BK parents are not going to fall for this and ended up asking you to send personal messages to them, this would allow you to sell your services (please tell me you don't run a Primary 1 interview class). As some BK parents already pointed out in their earlier reply, your information is outdated and complete speculation, but I am sure there will be some BK parents responding to your post with lots of questions and queries so at the end of the day, you will succeed in selling your services and if this is your objective, I urge all BK parents not to fall prey to your cheap actions.

Although my target is neither DGS/DBS/SPCC etc, your message is really meaningful.

From the school website, there is a paragraph stating that
"The application form downloaded from the School website is the same as the one distributed at School and applicants are encouraged to download the form for their convenience."
Are you suggesting that the school lied to the public just for your so-called strategy?

(1) Why SC has such a high success rate?
(2) My husband is a full time dad taking care of the kids. And I am a medical professional. Is there any chance? Does Mrs Dai prefer this structure?
(3) I thought Yam Tat Wah's daughter also got admitted to DGJS? Ah B's one got admitted to SPCCPS?
(4) Is Mrs Dai going to interview for the 1st round? How many pupils together?

I read your post last year September, and in that post you mentioned you would write something similar for DBS, and told us to reply you should we needed it. Then I replied to the post requesting your analysis last year but have never received your reply. So do you still have it written for DBS? If so, could you please post another thread about DBS (surely many parents would be interested in it) or if you prefer, please leave me a PM.

2) what should we put if she has references for famous choir, Hong Kong speech festival certificates (but didn't win 1,2,3), current School language & Maths awards

At K3, both SC and CCKG only provide AM class, it is impossible studying these 2 schools at the same time. Hope CCKG parent can share more this year.

With so many girls applying, it's logical to screen out only those with both fortune and fame for the second interview (you really can't judge the kids by their performance within such a short time in the first interview) ... and the meat comes in the second interview to select those that are truly capable and smart. So the bottom line is you and your kid need to achieve all aspects ... fortune, fame, intelligence, etc.
Let's be realistic, what kind of school wounldn't want that when they have the choice!!

i knew 1 girl got accepted from DGJS in 2010. she was KV student. her mother told me that KV has few students got accepted too, also Victoria. Seem...no from St Cat.
