Why teacher hasn't collect the application form from school bag(plastic holder)yet

or should I submit to bank instead?

You need to submit to your bank . You can choose any bank which is convenient to you. I submitted today.

How's ur girl now? I'm extremly allergic to mosquito bite myself(only vaccination can help)

Usually I'll ask Dr to prescribe some ointment just in case
To relieve the allergy, cool pad is quite effective & then seal with band aid
