兒子計畫到多倫多升高中，請問有沒有好的homestay agency 介紹, 或是有好的 homestay family 值得推薦？

Before I need to find a homestay family. Today I in Vancouver can be come a homestay family.Ha!!!!!! I just arrived.

You go back to Vancouver and stay there for your children's education. Please let me know the following:
1. When you go back, what do you need to do to establish the residency status? E.g. get an address, open a bank account, go to school board for entry to schools for the kids, and what else?

2. For applying health cards, what documents do you need to bring? and is there a waiting period?
