請問此校是否一條龍由幼稚園直上中學的呢?

No, starting from this year, all KCS K3 students have to attend interview with outside applicants for a seat in KCS primary. But I personally believe KCS K3 students will have some advantage when compared to outside students as KCS K3 students can speak pretty good Mandarine already.

KCS primary is good, but I heard KCS secondary is not that good, I think most (or all) of the parents sending their kids to KCS primary will not target KCS secondary for their children.

Many people think that student from KCS primary will be promoted to KCS secondary directly. Actually, KCS primary and KCS secondary has no relationship, so they are not "一條龍".

To make it clearer, KCS primary and KCS secondary both were formed and are controlled by the same sponsoring body (香港蘇浙滬同鄉會), so, has relationship in term of governance, but they do not have any relationship in relation to 升學, so they are not "一條龍" definitely.

Panala, correct me if I have misunderstood.

Basiclly, you are right the following are the secondary schools, other than沙田蘇浙公學is Band 1 & English Secondary School, the others are...refer to the following

東區蘇浙公學 - Band3頭 (推算今年6科14分佔15%)

葵青區 葵涌蘇浙公學 - Band 3頭 (推算今年會考6科14分佔16.25%)

沙田區 沙田蘇浙公學 - Band 1中(上年會考6科14分佔70%, 今年會考6科14分佔66.5%)
