Have anyone joined the "rainbow early intervention" course organized by the Rainbow Project in Sai Ying Pun before?

Is it good or not? Any improvement after joining this course?

Does the course like the pre-school course, i.e. with learning of communication, mathematics, social development and other knowledge?
