今日同個女上 ENGLISH CLASS, Receptionist 同我講叫我女返 40 mins, (平時返90mins $270), 聽後火滾! 佢話阿女個班2個同學巳經冇讀........

大佬, 我比足$270 , 個class得阿女一個, 冇理由只上 40mins .仲話冇得補堂和退款. Receptionist 話下堂多一個新生. 佢都神經..!! 若果下堂又得我個女又叫佢上 40mins............我即時走人. 好彩仲

未比7月份學費

張傳單張寫明 run in 90 mins. 居然可以上 40 mins? 本身我個女個班3個人, 咁2個唔讀, 得番阿女一個.

退$和補堂冇, 我同老公商量都唔會幫襯佢, 又唔係得佢一間.
我都算"精", 唔對路即時走人!!!

They asked your daughter to attend 40 mins only was likely due to they had to pay a fixed fee for the tutor no matter how many students, and the other 2 withdrew from the lesson, so the center wanted to keep minimal cost.

The first time I visited this center 2 years ago I already had felt something wrong. The staff there said they didn't have a curriculum , it all depended on individual tutor.

My friend's son and daughter are also studying there but it seems OK, they are in Lei King Wan branch. Anyway, there are many other choices, if you don't feel like it, seach for another one.

真係唔合理。我亦遇到另一間不合理的英文中心-Polyed。我都覺得好嬲!

一對四會係90分鐘,單對單就40分鐘,可能係個職員講得唔清楚,我就係西灣河學緊,唔好嬲,最緊要睇吓小朋友學唔學到嘢,學到咪繼續囉,學唔到咪走人!!

This is so wrong. It's not the clients fault when other kids leave the group class. They should still give you 90 mins for the remaining sessions you paid. Either one on one or put you in a different group class on your terms. You should check the terms on your receipt and demand a full refund! Paying upfront is basically like futures/bonds. chi sin
