I know that rugby, hockey, lacrosse and cricket are popular sport games in UK. My question is is it necessary to buy a mouthguard if you only have chance to join those sport games in PE lesson?

Personally I think it is more dangerous playing with players who don't really know what they are doing!
You can get a mouthguard for less than HK$100.
A trip to the dentist will cause a lot more!

Thanks for your reply. I am interested of the one less than HK$100. Is it sold in HK or UK? Could you please share more information?

I bought an Adidas one from a sport shop specialised in Martial arts (it was in a side street in Jordan near DGS) for HK$70, but that was 2 years ago.
