有家長說除上中文及數學堂外，其餘時間（包括小息）都是用英語交談，是真的嗎？那是否規定的？另外普通話是否一般，因不是用普通話教中文？

Not really, but their English worksheets are so good. The Good Hopers learning quite good in English.
Putonghua is not the major teaching method for Chinese subjects. Of course, it's no comparsion for those school with Putonghua's.
