1. Which  (不只一樣東西選擇)
e.g. : Which colour do you like best?
      Red or Green
2. What (只有一樣)
e.g. : What is your favourite seasons?
      I like Summer.

"What 可以多於一樣; Which 只可以一樣" Well...I beg to differ. I think 'which' is used when referring to specified choices; 'what' is used when choices are not explicitly specified. It really depends on the context.
