Hi,

If my children is living in Net 18 and study in Net 18 primary schools. If we then move home to Net 12, can we select secondary schools in Net 12 or still net 18 that stick with the school network during the lucky draw.

So my question is the lucky draw of secondary school is based on the living home address or the address of school if they are not in the same net. Thx

Since I have heard someone saying that if primary school in net 18 and then the home move to net 12. Then when lucky draw in secondary school, then you can choose either one{net 18(primary school) or net 12 (home address)} in lucky draw, is it true?

何謂學校網？
答(1) 按地方行政的分界，全港共劃分為十八個學校網。每個學校網包括本區參加中學學位分配辦法的中、小學及他區提供學位予該網的各類中學。他區中學及由他區中學提供的學位，每年都可能會改變。除經申請跨網派位而獲批准者，學生所屬的學校網為其就讀小學所在的地區，而非居住地區。

一般都係跟番你小學O既校網, 不過如果有需要, 你可以申請"申請跨網派位".

Hi,

Does it mean that if apply for "申請跨網派位而獲批准者", then education department will approve if I am really moving my home from net 18 to net 12 but if the primary school is still in net 18. I am a bit confuse here.

Is there any real example that successfully apply or fail apply that can share. Thx
