Try= n%, don't try=can't help kids anyway.

講開專注力, maybe we, as parent, should evaluate ourselves first: don't be rush, hurry and angry easily; don't handle many things at one time. Will you talking over the phone, turning on TV and PC while having meal with kids? Or dress up kids together with daddy/helper? (hair styling + putting on socks together in hurry)

I can't make things perfect also but try to let kids know 'focus' is very important.

唔出奇, 今日我囝囝返普通話,有個媽咪查詢課程,不是興趣班,是4歲公開考試班,老師話無,佢話如果無就算,之後走咗.

我都有意幫阿女搵專注力的訓練班....
其實除咗父母緊張之外,亦可能呢d 都係而家d 小朋友普遍既問題....
