If possible, find some individual classes for the training. then, the teacher can focus on the weakness of the candidates.
Or, at least go to buy the books with the CD to "train" the ears everyday.

For sight-reading, I think practicing is the most important thing. Try to sing the so-far with the inner ears before playing the music.

Singpiano,
normally I help my students in both skill so they never need to take extra courses outside. Where do you live? I might help if you live closed to my students' home.
Or, you might go to different studio to look for the courses.

It is too far away for me to go. Sorry about that.

For grade 7, the modulation and singing the lower part might be difficult. Do you have piano to practice?

Try to listen to the lower voice for 2 notes first for preparation for part A.
For part B, practise singing so-fal name.
Part C, cadances should not be too difficult. Buy the CD to listen more and then it would be easy to get used to the difference of the cadances. Modulation is similar.
Part D, you should learn all the terms as texture, structure, dynamic, period, style and so on.
