thanks Yau_Cheung.  a few questions spring to mind...

- is care adequate? (my kids will be the smallest in class at 2 year 8 months, so a bit concerned as it's a mixed class for 2y8m to 6y) & class size?

- do kids enjoy the classes?  fun?

- are teachers patient, nice & caring?  or commercial?

PS - I'm considering either the Tai Tam branch or MidLevels branch.

my son was 3.5 yrs old last year when he joint the summer school at Woodlands last August. He liked it very much. The teachers were very nice, patient and very caring! He is still going there 3 days a week (Mon, Wed & Fri) in the afternoon. Now is is 4.5 yrs old. He likes it there much better than Victoria where he attends it in the mornings everyday.

It is not a mixed class. They put kids that were born in the same year in the same class, e.g. my kid was born in 2005 and he was in a class wth kids only born in 2005.

is care adequate? - I think it's adequate but it's not similar to local kinder as IS kinder tend to train up children be independent.

my kids will be the smallest in class at 2 year 8 months, so a bit concerned as it's a mixed class for 2y8m to 6y - absolutely not as their abilities and interest are different.  Children would be separated according to their ages.

class size? - my child joined the summer fun programme for 2 years.  It's around 1x children for each class but the exactly number of students depends on which weeks.

PS : Actually, they would ask the existing parents whether their kids would join the summer fun programme or not before the summer vacation as the existing students would have priority.  The existing parents could choose either to join 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks or not to join the programme.  The left vacancies would be welcome to the public.

do kids enjoy the classes?  fun? - Of course.  Do you get the time table for the programme?  You will know what will they do through the time table.

are teachers patient, nice & caring?  or commercial? - the teacher is their existing class teacher except 2 weeks (as their teacher should be go home).  All of them are very good teachers.

I'm considering either the Tai Tam branch or MidLevels branch - I regret that my child joined Pofulam campus in the first year and Harbourside campus in the second year.

Nice to meet you. My child also joined Victoria morning session and Woodland afternoon session when he was K2/reception. Which Woodland and Victoria are your son joining now? Cheers.

My friend told me that Woodland Happy Valley campus also offer 3 days or 5 days for 4 years old. Please call the school for details. Have a nice day.
