Every has a great difference in usage from Each.
Let's think about their parts of speech respectively, Every is an adjective only, but Each can be used as an adjective, an adverb or a pronoun when we speak and write.
adj. Every one hears me.
adj. Each one hears me.
pron. Each hears me.
adv. You each hear me.
In addition, the major difference between them is the person/thing that they describe .
We use Every, an adjective, to describe an indefinable noun.
Usually we use Each to describe a definable person/thing .

我覺得Each 和 Every真係要靠多睇書來意會其中分別。
我英文麻麻,只能用c9教仔式分享下。每次想分辨呢兩個字我就會用呢句例句提自己:
Each and every child will receive a gift.
翻譯做中文是:
所有(every)小朋友每一個(each)都會收到禮物。
every有所有人既意思,但係後面係跟單數名詞。
多多指教。
