Any comments or advise of these 2 schools? Still thinking which to choose. Being happy is also very important. i believe she'll be able to learn more if she's happy.

In my opinion, both are good KG with Heep Yunn more famous than True Light. However, entering HYS KG will not guarantee you a seat to HYS primary (unless you have other extra mark) and secondary. So, if you want a through-train school from KG to primary (and then secondary?) to save the pressure to you and your girl 3-years later (as you want her to be happy), True Light is a safe choice. And I learn from other mums that True Light is a happy KG too.

Of course Heep Yunn if I were you. If you really like True Light P1 you can apply later. My gril was in HYKG last year (she's in P1 now). The HYKG students who applied True Light P1 (Kln Tong) were all accepted in her year. If your girl goes to HYKG, her choice would be wider. My girl's classmates were also accepted by Good Hope, DGS, St Francis...

YN, thank you so much for your advise. Can i pls ask, if i live in TKO my girl will not be able to go to P1 is it? How are the teachers in school? Friendly? sorry to ask so many questions. Appriciate your advise...

HYKG is a traditional school. You cannot expect teachers to be very attentive (1:15) but they are generally nice and reasonable. My girl (and all her friends) loved the school very much. HYPS takes students thru the "lot" so all following government procedures but the knock door places (about 10 last year) are for HYKG students only. My experience was, almost all classmates of my girl got admitted by several schools and finally all went to good ones.
