有大坑真光在手, 不過要搬屋.
等唔到st.cath都有方方讀,
大家話搬唔搬好?

Is your child a girl? If so I think I will choose True Light because it is a one dragon school.

真光好丫，環境校風都一流！最好就係一條龍，學校話所以幼稚園學生都可以直升上真小！中學又好，overall真係好好～

其實經過舊年考幼稚園，我諗個個都怕怕，都想搵一條龍學校，唔想３年後又黎過，除非你手上有分搏自行，如果唔係都係一條龍穩陣，有私小做back-up，又可以參加大抽獎

mosibaby, 你個女女好叻呀, 我個女除左兩間真光就真係全軍覆未,唔係reject就係waiting(inculding St. Paul)

I'd said these 2 KGs are very different - TL KG course curriculum is slightly simple compared to SC (as my brother and sister's daughter were studied in both KGs previously). However, given that TL is a one dragon school and TL primary and secondary school is a good school so I think it would be a better choice.

Studying in SC - guess the advantage is the English level would be higher than studying the TL. However, there is no primary school as backup and also my sister's daughter failed all the P1 interviews (so scary but of course there are many SC children had many good offers so it depends on children's performance and also parent's efforts) so my thought is P1 competition is very keen and why not choosing a one dragon school. It is always more secure and you can let your child study English outside to improve her English level if you want to.

The above is only my person thoughts - hope this help.

真光唔係一條龍，小學唔係100%上中學大嘅70%上到中學(聯系)。如果妳唔係target入Top 1小學e.g. DGJS, SPCCPS,etc. 咁揀真光好D，始終入番真光小學和中學機會很大，otherwise SC會係好選擇。

如果有大坑真光, 我認為不用等SC, SC 每年有幾百學生, 入到SC並不等於一定入DGJS, SPCCPS, I know many friends in SC without any good offer.

同意！不知我有沒有記錯，ＳＣ據聞一年收差不多六百學生？就算有幾十個入到 DBS, DGS, SPCC, 再幾十人入 GH 結果都有幾百人未必有好 offer。當然，本身 SC 也是好學校，我有朋友是 DGS 的老師，也讓女兒入讀 SC，之後上了 DGS。

我覺得就算讀真光,都未必一定要搬,可以乘保母車。我個女以前讀St. Paul,保母車內也有真光的學生, 我是住九龍的。

totally agree! sc waiting list 係長到無人知有幾多個. 入唔到既都出waiting list.....
