Would like to transfer my girl to VSA, please help. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Please advise, since I would like to transfer my girl from traditional local school to here,

1. Is the IB system running smooth?

2. How about the Chinese standard? I heard about that the it is similar to the local school,  any dictation or test ?

3. How about the English standard? is it similar to the international school? any dictation or test? would they need to read more books by assignment?

4. How about the Maths standard? is it easier that the local school? would they cover all the topic of the text book?

Since my girl studies at the traditional local school, and even how she studies hard, still can't go to the middle of the whole grade,  and her confidence starts to fall, also she always says that she is not good and smart in the competitive environment, in return she starts to talk less, I m so worried about,  I want to change her to different educational system to study, I DO HOPE SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE OF THIS SCHOOL
