I wonder any parents will enrol Cambridge Young Learners English Tests (YLE) for their children who are now studying in IS

I assume the children who are studying in IS have already reached a certain level of English as they practise a lot in school and at home everyday.

So does the YLE tests are more useful for children who are studying in local stream school and they need to achieve an international recognised standard in English?

Please advise. Thanks.
