我個仔而家讀緊中一,下年(10-11年)就係中二想轉去聖若瑟英文書院.
上左校網睇,睇到有申請表http://sjc.edu.hk/admission_f234.php
只得表格,我想問交表要交埋d乜?除左中一成績表,洗唔洗小六成績表?
有冇面試的?
幾時係交表既期限?幾時節止?
校網交代得唔清楚

It shows clearly:
Please return to the School Office the followings in person on or before June 11, 2010 (Friday) during school office hours*:
Students will be shortlist for the entrance examination which will be held on July 9, 2010 (Friday) in the morning (tentative).
Successful applicants will be informed by the school on or before 30 July, 2010 (Friday). Candidates not hearing from us can be regarded as unsuccessful.
Supporting documents (including copies of report cards of the last 2 years)

請問成績是否要考幾多是否全級頭3名, 或其它表現?
