Kung Hei Fat Choy!

I notice from this forum that many parents are keen in sending their kids to the finest international schools like ESF, GSIS, CIS, etc, while wish to keep up the kids' Chinese language stardard. But some IS like Victoria Shanghai Academy, The ISF Academy (弘立) who emphasize Chinese learning are not in the partents' list of choice. Why? Can anyone share your view?
