hi! My daughter is studying in Think (Mei Foo). I guess the policy would be similar.
You are right that you can choose Cantonese or Mandarin Stream since UN. The time everyday would be divided into 2 equal parts other than the snack time. So, the time for Chinese and English would be the same ideally.
All students need to have interview when they are ready to promote to UN. BUt I know the school will accept the students from Think first.

My daughter was studying in Think when she was 2, but she did not get a seat for UN.

Yes. They have NET and local teacher each class. The explosure to english is higher than normal kinder.
