I guess not many parents would reserve more than 3 private schools and then go to lucky draw..... hehe

Anyway, the effects wouldn't be on the lottery but the places reserved with the private schools. All of them will be advised that the children will enter lucky draw and these schools can cancel the reservations. So, need to check if any of them will do so beforehead.

Agree with charlotte_mom, release the seats since not making much sense to hold so many seats.
