For piano, is it possible to change to another district (e.g. from Urban to N.T. West) ? All the time slots within my daughter's district are clash with her school exams.

學校應該可以幫我地轉掛.我個女都係,佢果日要去中一面試....如果轉唔倒...好大機會要withdraw....

I know you can change the time if you pay certain fee. However, they can't ensure the new date or venue would be better.

如要更改比賽組別,需要符合以下其中一項,同埋要提交證明。

1.4 更改比賽項目的組別
1.4.1 接受更改原因只限於： a) 比賽項目與校內考試於同一時段進行；b) 比賽項目與校內測驗、
默書、評估或其他校內活動於同一時段進行，而該活動將影響參賽者之學術成績；c) 比賽
項目與音樂節其他比賽項目編排於同一時段進行。

2.4 遞交申請表，必須帶同以下各樣文件： (文件若非正本或不齊全，恕不接受申請)
a) 報名表回條；
b) 參賽者身份證明：香港身份證（如錯報年齡組別）或學生手冊（如錯報年級組別）等的影印本；
c) 證明文件：(i) 因比賽項目與校內考試於同一時段進行，請預備經學校蓋印的考試時間表或校
曆表；(ii) 因比賽項目與校內測驗、默書、評估或其他校內活動於同一時段進行，而該活動將
影響參賽者之學術成績，請預備學校證明信（必須使用學校信紙，並經校長簽署及蓋上校印）；
(iii) 因參加的個人/二人項目與團體項目於同一時段進行，請預備老師證明信（範本已上載於
本會網站會員區內，負責老師必須使用學校信紙列印該範本，簽署後蓋上校印）；(iv)團體／獎
學金項目：與同項目之其他參賽者對調次序或組別，請預備雙方同意書。

你女兒是否小學考試?通常小學考幾日,但piano的比賽每一個Grade大部份橫跨2~3星期,無理由揀唔到同區第二日,協會未必比你改區wo,不過你都可以試下。

My daughter joined U102, which only have competitions at 24 & 26 Mar.
And my daughter's exam is from 23 - 26 Mar.

I applied through school, and they haven't given me any notification on this issue yet.......

Beetle, maybe you should apply that by yourself. My student had faced this problem some years ago and the school would not help.

我去體過timetable la,真係無得揀wo,你同學校講,然後攞埋證明申請改la,我估應該ok,但最好打電話問問協會先。
