dear sir/madam,

my child name xxx is currently in the afternoon class xxx. he/she has been enjoying the school very much and i would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff in the school.

it would be a definate benefit for my child to stay at your school for his early childhood education. however, due to personal reason, i would like to apply to be transferred to the morning class should there be a placement available.
