After I viewed the APS secondary school placement results, why aren't there any student placed to Maryknoll Secondary School in the same school net in the past few years? Heep Yun will become DSS as heard. If I like to target at good EMI subsidized secondary school for my daughter, should I pick APS? Many thanks.

今年都剛有女仔考進去MCS PRIMARY 做INSERT STUDENT.

Does it mean outstanding students have already admitted to other elite schools?

It's only a matter of choice, most of the P6 parents prefer to apply a DSSS.

There are not many APS girls (parents) would choose MCS. One reason is that for whose who are on the higher ranking (school position)girls, they would not choose MCS. They will try different 直資 schools and be accepted before MCS interview and Govt. Allocation. For those who may be a bit lower ranking, they do not want to waste the chance on MCS with their very limited seats and low acceptance rate. (usually not more than 2 yearly)

瑪利諾有自己小學, 中學位很少, 排位高的女仔, 多喜歡女拔, St Paul Co-edu, St Paul女校或德望, 直資雖然要付學費, 好過去抽奬, 講彩數, 到六年班時的壓力, 做家長情願付學費, 求穏陣.

I agree. I'm one of parents of P.6 girls this year. I prefer to try those DSS schools or other Christian schools but not Catholics.

但2005~2010年真係點解會一個都無，到底MCS中學有幾多位比其他小學呢？

如果我沒有記錯, 除了上一屆男/女學生比例是 50/50 外, 其餘各屆都是男生比女學多, 例如今屆 P.6 有 85 個男生, 65 個女生. P.5 有 95 個男生, 67 個女生.

叻既已入頂級直資, 渣既如我亦會考次一級直資.

我都發覺, 我班男生多過女生喎, 係咪宣小通常都鐘意收男仔多 d 呢

據我觀察呢幾年, 男生係多過女生, 上一屆除外.
