ibo網頁只公佈 ib world school，沒有公佈 candidate school。

world school 已獲 ibo 授權開辦課程，即已經開辦課程。
candidate school 已通知 ibo 想開辦並進行申請工作，待 authorization 後便能立刻開辦課程。

我不知道世界各地有沒有學校不能成功申請。
只知道ibo有樣東西叫pre-authorization visit，如果學校擔心申請不成功，可以請ibo先來一次pre-authorization visit，ibo會告之學校有什麼要改善，才來正式的authorization visit。我想如果是有心的學校，不介意多花一點錢來pre-authorization visit，以包證申請成功。

LPCUWC is the best among all school provided the IB diploma program.
DBS started the pre-IB program in 2009-2010 (HK$6500/month) and SPCC will start the Pre-IB program in 2010-2011 (HK$8400/month).
DBS recruited most IB teachers internationally and SPCC upgraded their own teachers to teach both IB and NSS curriculum.
So DBS and SPCC will be listed in IB.org in coming year.

Dear All,
I wouldn't suggest you anyone to consider WKF for your kids. I felt VREY VERY sorry to send my kid to this school. I decided to move him out from WKF after this semester.
No passion in education, lousy management team, hypocritical acts........
I would say this is a band 5 below education institution. very very bad.
Just wonder why HKBU or Mr. Wong Kam Fai didn't take control of it.
