囡囡好好彩兩間學校都收左, 但唔知揀邊間好, 請各位幫幫手比d意見.

恭喜....恭喜。兩間都係好學校,真光是全女子學校,而KTS是男女校,我個人認為KTS會好ㄧ些(個人意見),另外亦要考慮家住地址同學校距離,避免小朋友太辛苦。

May I know if you've already received the letter from KTS? Or by what means did you know the offer? I'm still waiting for the result from KTS and not yet received any letter.

Check the mail box. I live in MK district and received offer letter today. Hope your kid success.

Really thanks for your good wishes! I've already checked my mailbox twice today. I just don't understand why the letters to my address are always delayed for one day. Oh my goodness! I hope I will also receive good news as you tomorrow.

真光小學會收男生, 不是全女校

Just my personal opinion:

If I were you, I will choose "True Light HK" because (1) it's a happy school, reasonable amount of homework  (2) it is connected with its secondary section, and the secondary section can hold 25% of seats to True Light Primary.  Overall, 70% of students can promote to its secondary school after central allocation.  This rate is quite high, and this gives parents more assurance and less stress.

KTS, my friend's son is studying there.  The school net is good, however competition for good secondary school is still keen.  Btw, the academic standard is quite high (one grade higher, to prepare kids to compete for seats at good secondary school.)

Since True Light (HK) is located in Net 12 with many other Band 1 secondary schools already, therefore competition is less keen at True Light.

Finally, where do you live?  I think the travelling distance is a concern too.

早上已收到kts 信, 確認取錄囡囡, 請多d 人比些意見, 本人住油塘, 如果讀真光,校車是尾站 (7:10) 上車, 車程時間可以接受, 另外kts 暫時未知校車上車時間..

請問各位家長, 中學校綱邊區好d, 唔該
