Can anyone tell me if PK kids need to pay how much for joining "課外活動"?

I recalled Dr. Law had mentioned that most "課外活動" are free of charge? Please advise.

Table tennis, badminton, basketball, Science, Olympic Maths, Lego............ have to pay
