[未獲自行分配學位的兒童，將參加統一派位]extracted from edb website...I think that means if you got a seat from the 1st round, you cannot join the lucky draw.

why give up your first choice?

you cannot enter the POA if you have been allocated a P1 place, as such you cannot enter the big lucky draw, but you should call them find out

Sorry, you cannot enter the 2nd round if you give up the seat at the first round.

Yes. You can provided that you don't registrate the school in 1st round, then you can enter the lucky draw in 2nd round.

據我所知, 如果自行有offer 但係沒有去註冊, 咁依然可以報大抽獎...

唔駛擔心你可以參加大抽獎不過要自行去灣仔教育局, 你最好打去問問個正確地址.

原來是這樣，只可以不接受自行result，但不可不接受大抽獎result, 即是細仔也不能嘗試明年再參加小一入學統籌辦法。
