Yes, if father is an old boy, the child can have 10 marks.

The following Point System will be used to admit students.
校方將按下列「計分辦法」準則甄選學生。
In Section A, applicants may claim only one from（i）to（iv）.
於A 項中，申請人只能申報第（i）至第（iv）的其中一項。
Points
分數
A (i) Brother(s) studying in St. Paul’s College or Primary School
兄長在聖保羅書院或小學就讀
10
(ii) Parent(s) teaching or working full time in St. Paul’s College or Primary School
父/母全職在聖保羅書院或小學工作
(iii) Parent(s) being a member of St. Paul’s College Council
父/母為聖保羅書院校董會成員
(iv) Parent(s) or brother(s) being a graduate of St. Paul’s College or Primary School
父/母或兄長為聖保羅書院或小學畢業生
