A friend of mine's boy will attend P1 next year and she attended many seminars to hear about 1st round (points calculation), 2nd round, etc...

But 1 thing she heard seemed to be interesting...it was said many parents in the past complainted the 1st round point calculation is not fair, so education dept is considering the current method to P1 in near future...

Is it true? I wonder??? Anyone heard similar things???

I read this news from newspapers about 1 month ago. It's talking about DBS and DGS will ignore the calculation and they only take those qualify their standard. (sth. like that la)

DBS & DGS 不嬲都無分計架, 一間係直資, 一間係私校.

不過有部份出名既私校/直資, 當你DL張FORM時, 佢地都自己有SET個計分出黎, 類似政府1ST ROUND既標準, DBS/DGS係咪咁我唔記得喇, 不過ST.PAUL BOYS就好似係咁既.... 當年幫個仔考私校/直資, 我就曾經見過咁既LIST....
