學校話會寄信通知,唔知會不會早過23號呢?

many schools will post the result on their schools' website. No need to go in person.

以我知唔會寄信wor 全部都係自己check result if ok 自己去sch register wor 邊間甘正寄埋信比你

i've received the rejected letter from the school.

According to my knowledge, every school will send letters to the applicants incl acceptance and rejected case.
