RHS is stronger in academics and is more popular than the other 2 but she falls in Shamshuipo net.

Kowloon True Light and Pooi To is more or less the same. Pooi To secondary may be a little bit better than Kowloon True Light secondary.

My girl is not that competitive so we didn't apply for RHS. I prefer Pooi To than True Light because it's closer to home, not on other merits.
