What's the implication then?  

Joining the Central Allocation or not, the School has the discretion to accept kids through interview, right?  

Does it mean that all students from SPCPS can get on the 'throughtrain'?

May I know how many pupils currently can get overall 'good passes' in P.6?  I understand that some primary schools maintain a 70+ as their average.  If this is the case, then 50% pupils will be qualified.  Or, will this include 75% pupils or even more?
