it seems that KGs in kowloon admitted children already. interviews for KGs on island are not yet started.
i feel a bit nervous after knowing that many kids have offer already.

not really..I live in HK side, and my kid got interviews on last Sat. He has got offers on Tues.

no need be nervous, instead you should feel happy as kids got offers already, competition in HK side would be lesser, haha! You know, arranging interviews with kids is not a funny game for parents.

yes, not funny at tall.
All the interviews squeeze in several weekends. Sometimes, more than two was arranged on the same day. He looks tired to handle such intensive interviews (not only him, parents are exhausted too). Be honest, the competition is really keen and I am not confident about his performance, I submitted many applications to famous and not well known KG.

Being an adult, I never attended frequent interviews like this, I am really confused whether it is good for him.

I hope that just what you said “competition in HK side would be lesser”

Definitely competition on HK Island is NOT lesser. Actually I found that many Kowloon mama apply KG on HK Island and vice versa
