學券can use for 3 yrs, if your kid repeat K1 & used it in these 2 yrs of K1 then you can't use it in K3!

All children who are HK citizen are entitled to this, no matter you are from a rich or poor family. Just like the 9-year free eductation. No need to check or report your household income when apply.
