陳守仁十大疑問:請解答？

urgent 中學派位那麼好;又並非集中在油尖旺區Why?

看見陳守仁每年中學派位那麼好;但學校又並非集中在油尖旺區Why?
我有幾個疑問:
1)陳守仁會否像名校一樣.非常摧谷學生來使他們能進入大部份全港超名校？不谷為何學生可以自行派位和扣到那些超凡學校Ｏ

2)學生在校間競爭大嗎？

3)如我本身不是英文母語，小朋友就讀此校我幫不到太大忙的話，小朋友會吃力應付高年級的課程嗎？
4)第三種語言要考試計分嗎？
5)會否像私校每科教高半年/一二年？
6)中學放榜是否有很多學生要四處扣門，因絕大部份學生不回油尖旺區(不甘或派不到)
7)考試內容是否跟課程或超留難/深/課外？
8)那麼多外藉人士，中國學生在英文成積上會比下去嗎？
9)Chinese stream and French stream 的成積名次是否一起排列？
10)最top的學生是否大部份是non Chinese .

Hi, foabeso,

須然我認識呢間學校都有十年 (我個女讀緊, 姨甥女都係呢間學校畢業), 但係我都未必識答哂你嘅問題. 其實最主要係睇你想個小朋友讀一間點樣嘅學校, 我當初都只係apply呢一間, 沒有選擇其他學校, 因為我同個女都好鍾意TSL. 有一樣嘢我可以好肯定講嘅就係, 我個女好鍾意返學, 喺呢間學校讀得好開心, 同埋呢間學校令佢改變咗好多, 當然我係指好嘅一面. 除咗學業, 仲有佢嘅性格同處事方面都唔同咗. 須然升到好中學係好重要, 但係我覺得學到點樣做人處事嘅態度更為重要. 同埋希望佢有一個快樂嘅學習環境同童年. 呢啲就係我選TSL嘅原因. 希望唔好介意我問非所答.

“有一樣嘢我可以好肯定講嘅就係, 我個女好鍾意返學, 喺呢間學校讀得好開心, 同埋呢間學校令佢改變咗好多, 當然我係指好嘅一面.”
在今时今日的香港地，可以让小孩跟家长都满意开心的学校真的不多，基本上so far我听到所有TSL的家长都有这样的评价。

Why I need to know the answer as soon as possible?

I want to make the desicion under deep consideraton,so I want to get more real informaton from the TsL parent. I don't want to choose a school that I think is suitable for my child but in fact it isn't. Of course I want my child is happy in her school life . However, some of my collegue also remind me , I also need to facing the fact that after 6 years, she requires to competite with others for secondary school.

It seems that your major concerns have been adequately addressed by parents here - kids have happy school life and good english standard - aren't these what you want for your younger daughter?
As to the issue of secondary schools, she will have a range of top schools to choose from if she performs well in TSL. As you can tell from their allocations, good students always end up in very prestigious schools. But if you really wanted to play safe and your elder daughter's school is acceptable, why bother applying for other schools? You have the answer yourself and looks like you are just looking for confirmations here.
No parents here are going to tell you that their kids are suffering from heavy workload and tortured school life at TSL.

其實這位家長只需要睇下呢度 d TSL 家長所 post 嘅文就應該知道這是一間怎樣的學校, 閣下開了兩個 posts, 已經有幾位回答咗你, 再多資料亦只會令你自己十五十六.

個人認為如果你要追求一間超級名校, 又或者日後想小朋友入一間超級名中學, TSL 並非你的首選. 如果你想小朋友可以愉快學習, 這間學校你便要認真考慮, 因為小朋友返學開心的話, 成績亦唔會差得去邊.

仲有一樣, 小朋友英文水準好的話絕對有著數.

We only have four words: "We love this school".

One of the important questions we ask is whether we have the same belief with the school's mission and vision.

Yes, WE DO..

And my son loves this school.

He has been talking all days about this school after the 1st and 2nd interviews.

Still not yet consider, will discuss with teachers after the first term exam. My daughter is not the best group, but she has promised me that she will try her best this year. Hope she can get better result in the exam just like the term test.

我囡囡當年亦去過幾間 interview, 雖然總共有三間收佢, 但她只喜歡 TSL, 經過一家三口的家庭會議, 最後都係尊重她的意願. 小朋友喜歡這間學校, 便一定會開開心心的學習, 囡囡確實沒有選錯. 祝你好運!

Although there are NO interviews for parents as one of the criteria for admission, we have so far found out e-Principal, e-Professor, e-French ambassador, e-doctor, e-大夫, e-witch, e-Mad, e-星媽 and e-artist in our team.
In order to make our team more professional, I reckon we also need at least e-laywer, e-accountant, e-banker, e-architect, and so on.

What else do we need??

But if flostangraphy plays one more role, I am afraid that he can only sleep 2 hours in a day as he will then be too busy at switching from one role to another!!
