想問各位媽咪,小朋友讀幼稚園,讀上午定下午班好呢?

I will not even consider 下午班!
Two simple reasons:

1. Everyone know that the best time for learning is in the moring .
2. Little kids need to nap in the afternoon.

I don't know why kindergarten offer 下午班, it's not a healthy living style for little kids.  Maybe you could consider whole day school as they have nap time in the middle of the day.

我有讀心理學, 人人的學習習慣不同, 也不一定上午是最佳的學習時間, 所以好似早上一定好是以訛傳訛多d.

我本身是喜歡上午班, 因時間好使d, 但而家k1返下午班都ok, 因為聽好多上午班小朋友因開始起不了身又或者扭到過鐘而錯過校巴, 要自己送返學,都幾煩, 尤其冬天,細的小朋友都想訓多陣就會煩d. 下午班的問題是較難安排課外活動,去晒星期六, 所以覺得, k1,k2下午班上午班不大重要, 也許下午班小朋友可以不用太趕都有利, 到k3, 小朋友大左自我控制好左, 又要跟小學全日制, 又多左活動, 上午班會好d.

Very good points!
Yes, it really depends on individual habits.

My son was in am class in K1; pm class in K2. I found that he's more active in learning in the pm class.

You'll see the advantages of pm class esp in Winter time. Agree letting kid to study am class for K3 for better adjustment to primary school life.

想請教囝囡讀PM班的媽咪, 如果小朋友早起身(7-7:30am), 小睡/lunch時間要點安排呢?

I'll let the baby have an early breakfast and play for a while. Then, I'll make a bottle of milk for her and try to make her sleep again at around 10-10:30 am. It works well.

My kid (n1) studies AM class since he is an early bird.. even in winter, he wakes up at 7:30am the lastest.

My friend's kid (n1) studies PM class since he sleeps and wakes up late. After he wakes up around 10am, eats brunch, then goes to school. He takes a bottle of milk n falls into sleep for 1.5 hrs after school.
