York 2010 - school fee ?

If someone can tell me that the school fee will be raised to HKD 3600 - in Year 2010 ?

My friend told me by last Sunday that her friend was learnt from the staff by 2 weeks ago when her friend paid the registeration fee.

If so, will you still consider to choose this kinder ?

Existing school fee HKD 3000-, if NEW school fee is HKD 3600 - ==> 20% raising ????

Besides, if all the kindergartens will have a BIG raising amount on 2010 school fee ?

if so, my planning will be ruined, all the coming expenses are out of planning.

Anyone can give me some advice ......
