今年高記嘅報名人數有成1055位, 一日in晒全部小朋友, 請問各位今日in成點呀?

I think the interview time is the shortest amongst all the interviews my kid has attended. I do not know how they can choose the students while there were so many interviewers in different rooms.

Just wonder why they have never checked any documents or certificates (not even the birth certificate) at interview today or since submitting the application!

really as fast as 'running water'... 10mins all done (parents and kids)... and test quite a bit of mandarin (according to my son)...

according to my son, he was asked to read a book with few lines in mandarin.. .. ..... abt a boy and mama eating breakfast and the boy gives a gift to ma ma.. .. ???

waiting time was long...but the teachers seems quite nice.

As usual, my son did not tell me what questions the teacher asked (he only told us that he needed to co-operate with other two children to solve a puzzle). I knew that he was going to be rejected, because he moved around (very big movement wor) and leaned to us while we were talking to the teacher. I tried to pat his shoulder while I was talking to the teacher but he still did not get my message to stop his action.

And, the teacher turned to C6 and ask him what extra-curricular activities my son like the most. He answered swimming but my son immediately interrupted "actually my favourite interest class is Mandarin interest class!". Oh.....

阿仔話要做連線同埋玩puzzle, 10分鐘就in完, 會唔會玩puzzle就唔駛考普通話?

my son said he did puzzle too (panda)... and a few more qtns abt himself (cantonese)...no english qtns..

anyway,dun wori lar, it was over,, we will never know how they evaluate kids... ..

just give them more support and praise them for the good work.. they are really brilliant to go thru the whole process...

My daughter told me that the teacher asked her name, age and the jobs of Mom and Dad, then asked her to find out 1-20 from a paper full of numbers, finally did a puzzle with another boy (should be 3 kids in a group but one didn't show up). No mandarin.

We parents were asked simple questions like what extra-curricular activities he has and what is his favourite hobby. Then we were asked what we do with our son after work at evening and during weekends.

My son told me that he was asked to read a paragraph in English, "Good morning, ..........", then another paragraph in Chinese. He said he didn't know some of the words there, but he did read them through. Then, the three kids in that classroom were asked to build a puzzle together.

My little girl told me she was asked few questions, did the puzzle, counted from 1 to 10 in Mandarin. So worry about if they only choose 20 girls this year, my chance is...... ? Although as what i saw today, around 80-90% of applicants were boys.(I just saw few classrooms when passed by)

One thing I really want to share here is, the prefect (helpers of student) are really polite, almost every of them I met, they greet, bow, and gave assistant.

My boy also attended today interview. We were being asked three questions - 1. why did you choose this school? 2. who takes care of your son after school? 3. if your boy is being complained by school, what will you do?

My boy's section - firstly the teacher asked him some simple questions about himself. Then, asked him if there is any Putonghua lesson at school. He said yes then the teacher asked him to count from 1-15 in Putonghua. Afterwards, the teacher asked my son to read a simple English book - 'This is a boy. He is 5 years old. His pet is a dog.' Lastly, the teacher asked him to go the desks, waiting for the other two kids and then to finish the puzzle together. That's all that my boy told me. Anyone is the same?

1055 applicants this year and only 140 applicants will succeed!!! almost 1/8 chance......

I saw a girl returning to her mom with the portfolio and the teacher complimented that it's nice.

My son didn't have Putonghua questions, but I overheard that little girl counting from one to ten.

我個仔話老師問左以下問題:-

1) 你叫咩名呀? (asked and answered in cantonese)
2) 你搭咩車返學呀? (asked and answered in cantonese)
3) how are you? (asked and answered in english)
4) 你最錫邊個呀? (asked and answered in cantonese) 我個仔答: 我愛媽媽, 我要保護媽媽...

5) 有問一d關於數字既問題, 大概係連線/圈數字...

之後三個小朋友一齊玩puzzle...

My son attended the interview at 15:30 and the questions are similar to u guys.

The teacher ask us, 1.what extra-curricular activities for him, 2. if ur son is being complained by school, what will you do?

The questions to my son is simple, such as what's ur name? how old are u? where do u live? which kindergarden? any brother or sister u have? who lookafter u? what occupation of ur parents? name of all family memebrs? what extra-curricular activities do u like? (All by Cantonese)............Then play puzzle

just 10mins interivew, really high efficiency

恭喜各位, 相信不日會收到 "offer letter" ~ 但要放棄大抽獎 .....

年年都會有很多人放棄高主教學位照去抽獎, 叩門日子過後, 高主教亦會有極多位放出 .....

其實, 只要一早唔 apply, 叩門時係多數收的 ; 反而放棄過佢 offer 學位的小朋友, 可能是面子關係, 他們就真的不會再收了 ....

Will you guys quit the "lucky draw" if you receive the offer letter from Raimondi? Seems that it is facing a dilemma for district 12 family...will lose the chance to get in st. joseph or wah yan or Hennessy
Gov't if accepting the offer....

Any ideas?

RC is required to give up lucky draw. If we are not going to give it up, why we apply for?
