我個case, 校長+1個主任, 個主任冇出過聲, 只係做筆記. 校長大部份時間係同我地傾計, 偶然問一下小朋友記唔記得1st時問題. 校長當時有翻看profolio. 小朋友是陪坐.
整個過程, 最難應該是小朋友在大人傾計時坐唔定, 個人覺得教長是故意的. 常聽校長講, 她要小朋友動的時候要很活潑, 靜的時候要很乖. 如果說要訓練預備2nd interview, 提議教一下小朋友當大人傾計時忝乖坐好.

Thanks you. May I ask around how long did the interview take? Also, was it allowed to let the kid reading books during our chatting with Ms. Lam? Lastly, what kind of questions did Ms. Lam ask?

1.  I remembered the interview was around 15-20 minutes.
2.  Personnally I would not recommend child read books during interview, as the interview should be the whole family and your child just reading is not respect or not participate in the interview.
3.  Regards what kind of questions...forgot already....sorry.  May be the questions are so generic that totally cannot recall.  I remembered the principle asked myself and my wife different questions. ie. she want to hear both response rather than just 1 voice.

Thanks a lot. These are useful tips.

My kid can hardly sit still when we adults are talking without involving him.

Anyway, every one of our family members will try our very best in the 2nd interview!
