my son is studying at PN and will choose Lingnan as K1...in summary, teacher is very caring . Today is parent day, i recognize teacher pay quite a lot attention to student and can advise how i can improve some areas of my kid....
in acamadic, they teach a lot of chinese and i agree that chinese is very important in future (both working and studying)....for english, i will arrange some phonics course as supplementary...

i also consider a kindergarten (with eng+PTH) but afraid he will not very enjoy school life...now he like going to school much and share his daily stuff to me at night...

我巳交了留位費，我姐姐兩個仔之前都讀這間學校，我見他們很開心，學校經常給每位小朋友上台表演，如你要求小朋友多功課及舊式教學，這間便不合式，因為嶺南沒有多功課，以活動教學多些。我姐姐兩個仔，各派了拔箤及喇沙。以上只是個人意見！

It's true that not many moms talk about this KG in BabyKingdom 'coz some of them are in fact English speakers and expatriates. My eldest child studied in Lingnan since N1 till K3. It surely provides an enjoyable KG life for children, but if you are looking for a KG with high academic standard and high English level, this is not the choice. That said, some K3 graduates every year got into famous schools. In my eldest child's year, 3 (all exemplary students in KG) got into DGJS, bearing in mind Lingnan is not a big KG like SC and 3 is a rather impressive ratio.

Now I've moved away from HK Island and hence am not considering this KG for my younger children. All in all, it all depends on what you want for your child, and every child is different.
