My daughter is luckily shortlisted for KTS 2nd interview. May I know more details about the school?
1. Homework volume.
2. Teaching quality - if Chinese taught by native Mandarin teacher and English by NET.
3. Academic standard
4. No. of students per class
5. Annual school fee increment %
6. Extra cost
7. Any religious background

1. Reasonable. For your reference, P.5: 6-7 pieces or less per day.
2. Responsible and caring. Chinese and Eng NOT taught by natives but qualified. Mandarin teacher is native, phonics teacher is native though.
3. High
4. Around 40 in P.1 and then less in P.2 onward. For your reference, my daughter's class (P.5) has 32 pupils.
5. Around $50 per year increased.
6. Extra cost depends on the activities that your kid joins. Some held by school teachers are free.
7. No religious background.

咁下年大約 HKD3,250 X 10, 是嗎?
請問KTS學術科,是否教高一年的呢?
好似有數學資優班, 還有其他嗎?

5) Yes, probably. I've forgotten. It seems that I paid HKD3200 for last year and then this year again (no increase).
Yes, Eng is one yr advance and 1/2 in advance for Maths. There are all sorts of "pull-out" programmes for students who are really good at it. E.g. Chinese, Eng, sports...etc.
